we got dinner with our japanese friend Rie at an asian restaurant

we all talked about stereotypes and apparently a popular stereotype of Americans is that we eat popcorn in a big bowl when we watch movies at home. so true right?

we woke up early saturday to go to a vegetarian festival in Yoyogi park(the park in harajuku)

now what do you think is cuter..

a flock of dachshunds, or

a giant toddler hugging bunny

they are wearing yankee outfits!(?) 

Rie told us that dachshunds are Japan's number one most favorite dog

but that bunny! 

so anyways..

we waited in line forevvver and the vendor ran out of falafel before we got to the front

so we went to pure cafe
